The only time I went since I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash and they had told me that there was something there just to avoid having so much risk. But they took me a long time and they didn't want to give me the money. The executive went behind the boxes and took out her cell phone and started calling with someone. When I asked who he was talking to since I was suspicious, he told me that he was with the manager to give me the money. The strangest thing is that the manager was at his desk a few steps away and he was serving a client. I demanded that he give me the money at that moment or he would call a patrol and he agreed to give me the money. The good thing is that I was with more people who were waiting for me outside. I believe that the bank employees are the cause of so much theft from customers. Just be careful if you go to this branch.

It is a very clean branch, with multiple ATMs to withdraw cash and pay for services. The time I went they served me very quickly, there were hardly any people :)

ATMs always work well, it gives me confidence to go now that they put a table so that the movements we make cannot be seen

Too much waiting time, more than an hour standing in line and during that time not a single person passed by with an executive. Terrible service, they have not resolved me online, by phone, at an ATM, or directly at the bank.
